By accessing or using the PropCRM platform, web portal, and iOS mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Use of Services & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, unauthorized scraping, or dissemination of malicious code.

3. Proprietary Rights & Ownership

PropCRM and all intellectual property rights, trademarks, software code, and UI design are owned exclusively by Saifeddine Gouasmia. Customers retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over their proprietary lead and client data entered into the platform.

4. Service Availability & Support

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for all hosted tenant databases and API endpoints. Dedicated technical support is provided via support@propcrm.xyz.
